Water is life

For a woman to achieve her full potential, she has to achieve physical health. A family that is supported by a healthy woman is more likely to achieve financial and emotional freedom as opposed to a family being supported by a sickly woman.

Today, I want to bring to light the role water plays in boosting the beauty and esteem of a woman as well as keeping her healthy.

Every woman loves to feel beautiful. And it is proven that a woman who has achieved self esteem is more productive than one who hasn’t.

I can’t fail to emphasize how vital a role water plays in our body. After all, water is life. It is advised to make sure you take at least eight ounce glasses of water in a day. This is about 1.9 liters of water. It has been estimated that men consume around 13 cups of total fluids (an estimated 3 liters) in a day as compared to women who consume a rough 9 cups (about 2.2 liters). This helps in many ways.

  • Balancing the PH levels in your body. – High acidity in the body causes the kidneys difficulties during enhancing excretion of urine. In these cases, kidney failures and hypertension is on the rise. Normally, an average person will urinate about 6.3 cups (1.5 liters) a day, while other excretion methods such as sweat and breathing leave the body with another one Liter of body water lost. In normal cases, urine should be straw colored. When it is dark yellow or reddish, then a problem is on the rise, and medical care as well as fluid intake should be advised.
  • Keeping the body cells succulent and perforated. This helps keep a glowing and wrinkle free skin. This has often been used as a loose-weight-strategy but it has also proved to work for people intending to gain weight. In addition, flaccid cells cause the skin to appear thin and malnourished where else perforated cells enhance the full features of a well fed and healthy person.
  • Water also helps in regulation of body temperature. This prompts me to ask “where do you think sweat comes from?” The cooling effect is brought about when the body releases water to the dermis during a hot weather. The water then evaporates to the air as the wind blows, giving a cooling effect to the body.
  • Water also helps keep various parts of the body such as the nose, mouth and the eyes moist. Think of a situation where water in the body will be so little that it’s too difficult to eat, speak, let alone blink?
  • Water helps carry oxygen and body minerals around the body. This helps in fair distribution of nutrients and oxygen in every part of the body to avoid, redundancy in growth and also to keep the brain at its proper levels of functions.

With all these factors considered, it is advised that every person be keen on the amount of fluids that enter the body. In cases of persons that have no desire for water, an emphasis has been put to perfume duties that cause the body to need water. Some of these include, exercising and breastfeeding for mothers.
