Full living is not achieved by dining and taking wine. A full life is achieved after you have lived long enough, achieved your dreams, and aspirations, and retired to your comfort zone.

Our bodies are the devices by which we manage to run the world, therefore, keen measures should be taken to ensure that they are well conserved.

It gains us nothing by filling our bodies with toxics and putting at jeopardy our fragile hearts. Research has proven that all forms of toxics, cigarettes, alcohol and lack of exercise is a key factor in ensuring that we die young. And this is not the will of God!

It is a weakness of the human being to feel overly excited at the achievement of wealth that they spend most of it in social events, dining and drinking, and achieving the “status body” (usually huge and fat prone). But we forget that at some point, the effects of our actions can turn against us keeping us on medication for the rest of our lives.
